I’ve just been to the gym. I noticed that they had a new machine in there, so I thought I’d give it a go, as no-one else was using it.

I thought I’d be quite careful, and I only used it for half an hour, but even that was enough for me to start feeling somewhat unwell: a little sick, as much as anything else.

So I stopped using it immediately, but I’ll probably go back some time soon. It was great — it had mars bars, crisps, KitKats, Mini Cheddars, the lot…
